Hongchuanchu is a Research Associate at Alpert Medical School, Brown University, and Orthopaedic Research Lab, Rhode Island.In the past worked as Research Assistant at Larry W. McLaughlin's Group and Technique Consultant at Certification and Accreditation Administration .He had an Extensive experience in design and synthesis of modified nucleosides including both purine and pyrimidine modification. Substantial experience in organic synthesis of plenty of organometallic catalysts and coupling reaction such as Suzuki reaction and Stile cross coupling, proven ability of DNA synthesis, purification, identification and characterization. Had Proficient analytical skills in drug characterization and formulation: small to large size Column chromatography, Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Gas chromatography, Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Mass spectrometry (MS), Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), Infrared spectroscopy (IR), electrophoresis etc.
