Biography

After receiving Ph. D from the University of British Columbia and post-doc training at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Dr. Wu joined the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Washington. In 2011, she accepted the primary appointment at the Medical University of South Carolina and became a member of Hollings Cancer Center Tumor Immunology Program. She is also an affiliated Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Washington. Dr. Wu?s research focuses on cancer immunology and inflammation. Dr. Wu currently serves as the Committee Chair of Cancer in Federation of Clinical Immunology Society. She serves the Editor-in-Chief for the journal Inflammation and Cancer and editorial boards of ISRN Urology, American Journal of Immunology, and Biomedical Research International (Bioinformatics). Dr. Wu has also serving DOD and NIH Study Sections regularly.
