Biography

Josef Gruber has been concerned more and more with space energy (SE) and space energy technology (SET).In 1965, he was there for his doctorate in Economics Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). After his return in 1967 he made a second doctorate at the Technical University of Munich.Professor Gruber was President of the German Association for Space Energy (GASE) from 1997-2003, then he was elected Honorary President of GASE.
