Biography
Murali S. Rao is Distinguished Life Fellow, at the convocation of the American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting, Toronto, Canada. In 2013-14 Nominated for ‘Outstanding Academician’ Award by the Indo-American Psychiatric Association at the Annual Meeting of IAPA which precedes American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting in San Francisco, May, 2013. At present, he is working as Professor and Chairman in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, Loyola University Chicago.He is Elected Board of Director, The Clinical TMS Society - 2014. Currently, Elected Council Member, Illinois Psychiatric Society and Distinguished Fellow of Awards Committee 2012. Prof. Murali S Rao possess esteemed professional memberships in American Psychiatric Association, American Neuropsychiatric Association, International Psychogeriatric Association, Illinois Psychiatric Society etc. He serves as a honorary reviewer of Psychosomatics, Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology, Current Psychiatry etc.
