Molecular techniques (AFLP, cDNA libraries, RACE); Bioinformatics (next generation sequencing analysis; Protein 3D modeling; Nucleotide and amino acid sequence analysis; MSA; EST libraries assembly and analysis); Tissue and cell culture; Biochemistry (recombinant proteins; Raising antibodies, Western blot analysis, ELISA, LC-MS/MS) and Histology (in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry). Management of crustacean broodstock and hatchery, Experience in aquatic species physiology and functional genomics in vivo assays. Experience in project management and students mentoring.
