Fisheries Technology

"Fisheries Technology involves number techniques put in place to reduce the physical labour required for fishing, and to improve access to aquatic resources. These mechanisms include the understanding of fish behaviours and methods of fish handling, development of fishing strategies, implementation of environment-friendly fish farming for production, as well as gear rigging, synthetic fibers, harvest and post-harvest technologies with its effects on the ecosystem, management of longline fishing for high value species, growth performance and economic analysis, etc. This journal provides an international forum for the publication of papers in the areas of fisheries science, fishing technology, fisheries management and relevant socio-economics. Authors and researchers from different linguistic environments have now the opportunity to share their valuable scientific experiments in the field of Fisheries technology, from their native language to English or from English to other international languages including French, German and Spanish. We believe that the newly launched OMICS Translation Services, is a guarantee for a quicker and larger dissemination of scientific discoveries worldwide, and a key component for future research. OMICS is a pioneer event organizer in the world with a portfolio of 3000+ International Scientific Conferences in various fields, including, Fisheries, Medicine, Engineering & Technology, Life sciences and Applied Biology. Each of its events is a platform to share knowledge and to enable scientists establish number of directions for the promotion of future discoveries."
