GJTO aims to establish a ground for publishing specialized reviews in biotechnology, power optimization, controllers and real-time computing. Nanophysics research at Chalmers is a large activity that involves several experimental and theoretical groups. The activities consists mainly of the four overlapping fields of Engineered Quantum Systems, Carbon-based Nanostructures, Nanosensors and Nano-optics. Characteristic of the research in all fields is active local interaction between theoretical and experimental groups, and extensive participation in international research projects.
