Photo Chemistry

"Chemical Sciences journal is one of the best Open- Access journals in Photo chemistry. The journal publishes studies of semiconductor and other photoactive organic and inorganic materials. Chemical Sciences journal publishes Regular Articles, Invited Feature Articles, and Short Notes. Regular Articles allow for a complete overview of research results. Specialist researchers will be occasionally invited by Editors to write Invited Feature Articles. The study of chemical reactions, isomerizations and physical behavior that may occur under the influence of visible and/or ultraviolet light is termed as Photochemistry. Photochemistry is a sub-discipline of chemistry. It is the study of chemical reactions that proceed with the absorption of light by atoms or molecules. Light is a type of electromagnetic radiation and a source of energy. According to Grotthuss–Draper law, light must be absorbed by a chemical substance for a photochemical reaction to take place. For each photon of light absorbed by a chemical system, no more than one molecule is activated for a photochemical reaction, as defined by the quantum yield. OMICS is devoted to the prompt publication of original findings of the highest scientific priority and value that provide novel mechanistic insights, represent a clear advance over previous Studies and have the potential to generate exciting future research "
