Factors that contribute to Psychological Resilience include close relationships with family and friends, a positive view of yourself and confidence in your strengths and abilities, feeling in control, the ability to manage strong feelings and impulses. International Journal of Emergency Mental Health and Human Resilience is the open access journal in Psychological Resilience.
